Known as ‘Agravana’ in the Mahabharata, meaning paradise, its heritage spans centuries from references by the geographer Ptolemy to the founding of modern Agra by Sikandar Lodi in the 16th century. Under Shah Jahan, the city reached the pinnacle of architectural brilliance, producing world renown monuments.
This evening, visit the Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh at sunset, where its luminous marble glows in golden light, a truly magical and unforgettable experience before returning to the hotel.

Rise early to witness the iconic Taj Mahal at sunrise. Depart the hotel by 5:15hrs to reach the monument as the first light bathes its marble in soft pink and golden hues, a serene and unforgettable experience. Before returning to the hotel for breakfast and a moment of relaxation.
Later, journey (40km/1.5hrs) to Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital and UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore its grand palaces, courtyards, and the majestic Buland Darwaza, a gateway that epitomises Mughal grandeur. In the afternoon, visit Agra Fort, another UNESCO site renowned for its massive red sandstone walls, intricate palaces, and panoramic views of the Taj Mahal. Today you also visit Humayun’s Tomb, a stunning example of early Mughal architecture set within a serene heritage complex. Continue to India Gate, the iconic war memorial honoring thousands of soldiers, and view the eternal flame at Amar Jawan Jyoti. At Port Blair our representative will meet you for a seamless transfer to the jetty to board the ferry at 14:00hrs to Havelock, a scenic 1.5hrs ferry ride.
Arrive at Havelock Jetty at 15:30hrs and transfer to your hotel for check in. The rest of the evening is at leisure to relax and soak in the tropical paradise. Havelock Island is known for its powdery white beaches, turquoise waters, and vibrant coral reefs, a perfect blend of serenity and natural beauty.

Upon arrival at 9:30hrs you will be met by your naturalist guide as you board your vessel for a cruise through the Sunderbans - the largest mangrove forest in the world. Glide along the Durga Dwani and Dutta rivers, exploring creeks and dense forest while spotting wildlife, and visit the Sajnekhali watchtower for panoramic views of this UNESCO World Heritage site. A packed breakfast will be served on board.
At 13:30 hrs, arrive at the Sonar Bangla Hotel for a hot lunch and some time to relax.
