The journey accelerates into the historical heart of India with a thrilling cycle rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk. Here, the narrow lanes pulse with life, saturated with the scent of cardamom and silk, where centuries-old culinary and trade traditions continue unabated. Guests will experience the modern face of the country with a short Delhi Metro passage, bridging the gap between historical charm and contemporary dynamism.
After a delightful local luncheon, the afternoon uncovers the awe-inspiring Qutub Minar. Sightseeing: Our exploration begins at the formidable Agra Fort, a powerful red sandstone citadel. This site is an architectural symphony, blending Persian, Hindu, and Mughal styles. Guests will marvel at the colossal Buland Darwaza, one of the world's tallest gateways, and witness palaces steeped in tales of royal strategy.
A gourmet stop for lunch is planned in Bharatpur or at Laxmi Vilas Palace, where guests will enjoy a fine meal infused with authentic Rajasthani flavours. We then continue our passage to Jaipur.

Guests board the morning Shatabdi Express for a comfortable, high-speed journey to Kalka, enjoying a packed breakfast and complimentary hot meal served onboard.
In Kalka, the atmosphere shifts: guests are met and transferred to the awaiting "Toy Train" . This historic, narrow-gauge line—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—is a destination in itself. Guests relax and absorb the old-world charm as the train traverses 103 tunnels and over 800 bridges, climbing through lofty pine forests and misty, magnificent hills for nearly five hours. Main luggage is transferred separately by road to ensure maximum comfort on this charming, historic carriage.
Upon arrival in Shimla, the former British summer capital, guests are welcomed by the crisp mountain air and transferred to their hotel. The remainder of the evening is reserved for rest or a gentle exploration of the elegant surroundings.
